You can figure out if your ice cream is part of the bad batch by checking the bottom of the container. Look for a date printed in black ink ranging from December 23 to December 30 of 2026 depending on the flavor you have.

The really good news here is that no injuries or issues have been reported so far from anyone eating the ice cream. It seems like they caught the problem early enough before anyone ended up with a surprise trip to the dentist.
What to Do With a Recalled Pint
If you find one of the matching dates in your freezer the FDA says you should just throw it away immediately. Do not eat it and do not bother taking it back to the grocery store where you bought it.
