Finding the right place to stay in Valladolid, Mexico, can completely change your trip. I spent some time exploring this amazing city and found some really great spots to relax. Here is a quick list of nine stunning hotels that stood out to me and might make your next vacation just as memorable.
Hotel Zentik Project

This place is wild because it actually has an underground saline pool hidden inside a candlelit cave. I spent a good amount of time just soaking down there, but the regular outdoor pool area and gardens are also incredibly chill and relaxing.
Saastah Hotel Boutique

Right on one of the prettiest streets in town, this boutique spot has a really clean and tropical vibe that I absolutely loved. Hanging out in the hammocks by the pool after a long day of walking around was exactly what I needed to recharge.
Le Muuch Hotel Boutique

If you are into that natural, tropical feel with plants everywhere, this little oasis right in the city center is definitely for you. The rooms give off a really cool boho style, and having two different pools to choose from was a massive bonus in my book.
Oriundo Luxury Nature Villas

This is the spot if you really want to feel connected to nature while still keeping things feeling high-end and luxurious. I grabbed one of their free bikes to cruise around the area, and coming back to those indoor and outdoor tubs was top-tier relaxation.
Olbil Hotel Boutique

This place genuinely feels like stepping into a hidden jungle courtyard with all the vines and hammocks set up around the pool. It is located right near the market and a famous cenote, so it made exploring the town super easy and convenient for me.
Colonte Hotel Origen

The design here is completely stunning, with these huge thatch-roofed areas that give it a really authentic colonial feel. I started every single morning with their breakfast by the beautiful pool before heading out to see the sights.
Hacienda San Miguel Yucatan

Staying here feels like you are living in a piece of history because it is an actual Mexican hacienda surrounded by jungle. The vibe is incredibly peaceful, and they even have a game room which is a really nice touch if you just want to hang out.
Mayan Majesty Boutique Hotel

With only five rooms on the entire property, the level of privacy you get here makes it feel like your own personal luxury estate. My favorite part had to be the cave pool with the swim-up bar because it was just such a cool and unique feature.
Hotel Posada San Juan

This upscale spot is filled with bright Mexican textiles and lush gardens that make every corner look picture-perfect. Waking up to their complimentary breakfast and enjoying the quiet courtyard before the day started was a solid highlight of my trip.
